It is Memorial Day and I am just now writing a plan for 2012. I wasn’t going to write one. My plans have not worked out thus far, so why keep writing them has been my thought.
So the rest of 2012 is going to be simple.
Do whatever Leif Anderson says to the best of my ability.
That is it.
No ridiculous goals.
No ideas of how much I will lose this year.
No plan on how weight will be lost, because how that will happen is not up to me.
Nothing that will be cause for disappointment at the end of the year.
Do what he says, and see what happens.
